Semi-Truck Accident In Lansing Kills Two People
Our Michigan truck accident lawyers are reporting a tragic story in the news today about a couple killed in a Lansing semi-truck accident that took place on Tuesday, December 14th around 5 a.m. on Interstate 96. Both Calvin and Brenda Roberts were killed when their semi-truck slammed into a bridge and then burst into flames.
I am very sorry to hear about this accident. My condolences go out to the families of the deceased victims.
Our Lansing truck accident attorneys advise victims of their legal rights. Family members of the deceased may be able to make a claim for Survivor Loss Benefits for the deceased victim. This can include payment of funeral expenses, lost wages, and loss of other services. At the very least, the surviving family should hire the best possible lawyer to look into these possibilities.
